Founded in 1998, Cornerstone Services, Inc. was established to satisfy both administrative support services and mail fulfillment needs of small and medium-sized companies, associations and non-profit organizations.
What we believe in
All employees, part-time and full-time, are informed of Cornerstone's guiding principles, C R S and T (CorneRSTone). They are trained in these principles and told to abide by them at all times:
Conscious Effort:
Any work, no matter how small or large, performed by you on behalf of the company or its clients is to be done wakefully, carefully and fully.
Resolve:
Resolve means that when you receive and understand an instruction, either stated directly, implied or otherwise revealed, you complete it without fail. You commit yourself to executing your role at Cornerstone responsibly and thoroughly to the best of your ability.
Service
Your service given to clients, the company and members of the company is demonstrated daily by your actions and not by mere words. Service means that you always work first for the good of others.
Truthfulness
Truthful speech, conduct and actions towards clients, the company and oneself is not just a good idea; it is a requirement for employment. There is absolutely no excuse for not following Truthfulness at all times; and, it is easily within your power to do so.
