Q: How should I provide my mailing list?A: Address information should be sent to production@crst.net in conventional, electronic output formats suitable for PC systems (e.g. MS Office outputs formats or *.txt, *.csv, *.dbf, *.xls, etc.)
Q: How much space should I allow for the address and barcode on my mailpiece?
A: Ideally, you should leave clear area for addressing that is 1-1/2 inches tall by 4 inches wide. If that much space is not possible have the mailpiece approved by us prior to printing.
Q: When do I need to pay postage?
A: Payment of postage is due before the mail enters the post office.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept check or cash. We do not take credit cards and are not planning to do so in the future, although we do accept PayPal®. All PayPal® channeled payments will include a 3.9% surcharge on the total invoice amount (including postage).
Q: How long does it take for my mail to hit people's mailboxes?
A: Bulk-Mail: Although there are technically no deliverability timeframes timeframes guaranteed by the U.S. Postal Service for"bulk" rate mail; nonetheless, the USPS has internal "goals" of not allowing mail to rest at any USPS location for over 48 hours during the distribution cycle. Bulk Mail can be delayed for many reasons, such as unannounced USPS auditing, regional congestion, seasonal traffic, re-routing in handling due to downgraded mailpiece specifications, etc..
A: First-Class Mail: The USPS believes that most First-Class mail is delivered throughout the 48 continuous United States within 1 to 3 days. This provided timeframe is not, once again, a guarantee of service but should be considered as guidance only.
